Bei Bedarf k\u00f6nnen Sie Badeanz\u00fcge f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner und Frauen kaufen. Handt\u00fccher, Badem\u00e4ntel und Flip-Flops werden Ihnen kostenlos zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Um einen sicheren Zugang zu unserem Spa zu erm\u00f6glichen, ist dieser nur privatisiert zug\u00e4nglich.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zugang zum Spa ist daher nur mit einer zus\u00e4tzlichen Geb\u00fchr von 20,00 \u20ac m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<h3>A. Reservation<\/h3>\n<p>Es wird empfohlen, 1 Woche im Voraus einen Termin zu vereinbaren, um eine bessere Verf\u00fcgbarkeit zu garantieren.<br \/>\nReservationen k\u00f6nnen telefonisch, per E-Mail oder pers\u00f6nlich vereinbart werden. F\u00fcr jede Terminvereinbarung erhalten Sie eine Best\u00e4tigungs-E-Mail.<br \/>\nAls Garantie bitten wir Sie um Ihre Kreditkartennummer. Wenn die Bedingungen f\u00fcr Annullationen eingehalten werden, entstehen Ihnen keine Kosten. (Siehe C. Stornierungen)<\/p>\n<h3>B. Zahlungsmittel<\/h3>\n<p>Die Zahlung ist bar oder per Kreditkarte m\u00f6glich. Schecks werden nicht angenommen.<\/p>\n<h3>C. Annullationen<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr jeden nicht bis zum Vortag um 18 Uhr annullierten Termin sind 50 % des Werts der Leistung f\u00e4llig.<br \/>\nNicht wahrgenommene Termine werden zu 100 % in Rechnung gestellt.<\/p>\n<h3>D. Geschenkgutscheine<\/h3>\n<h4>a. G\u00fcltigkeit<\/h4>\n<p>Geschenkgutscheine sind standardm\u00e4\u00dfig 12 Monate g\u00fcltig, soweit nichts anderes angegeben ist (Datum auf dem Geschenkgutschein beachten). Nach diesem Datum sind die Gutscheine ung\u00fcltig.<\/p>\n<h4>b. Annullation<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fcr jeden nicht bis zum Vortag um 18 Uhr annullierten Termin wird der Wert des Geschenkgutscheins um die H\u00e4lfte verringert.<br \/>\nBei nicht wahrgenommenen Terminen wird der Geschenkgutschein als aufgebraucht betrachtet und kann nicht mehr verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<h3>E.
