Towels, bathrobes and flip-flops are provided free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>In order to allow safe access to our Spa, it is only accessible on a private basis.<\/p>\n<p>The privatization in supplement with 20,00 \u20ac is thus obligatory for any access.<\/p>\n<h3>A. Reservation<\/h3>\n<p>It is recommended to make an appointment 1 week in advance to ensure better availability.<br \/>\nReservations can be made by phone, email, or in person. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you.<br \/>\nAs a security, we require a credit card number. There will be no charge if the cancellation terms are respected. (See C. Cancellations)<\/p>\n<h3>B. Payment methods<\/h3>\n<p>You can pay by cash and credit card. Cheques are not accepted.<\/p>\n<h3>C. Cancellations<\/h3>\n<p>Any reservation not cancelled the day before, by 6pm, will be billed at 50% of the value of the services. Unhonoured appointments will be billed at 100%.<\/p>\n<h3>D. Gift certificates<\/h3>\n<h4>a. Validity<\/h4>\n<p>Gift certificates are valid for 12 months by default unless otherwise mentioned (refer to the date specified on the gift certificate). After this date, the gift certificate will be null and void.<\/p>\n<h4>b. Cancellation<\/h4>\n<p>For any reservation not cancelled the day before, by 6pm, the value of the gift certificate will be halved.<br \/>\nFor any unhonoured appointment, the gift certificate will be considered as used, and will no longer be valid.<\/p>\n<h3>E.
