These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of La Villa K Hotel and its guests in the context of the reservation and provision of accommodation and related services.<\/p>\n

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.<\/p>\n

3. Scope of Application<\/h4>\n

These GTCS apply to all reservations made directly with the hotel (by phone, email, on site or via the website), as well as reservations made through online booking platforms, unless specific conditions apply to those platforms.<\/p>\n

4. Reservations<\/h4>\n

4.1 Booking Conditions<\/p>\n

A reservation becomes firm and final upon written confirmation from the hotel (email) and, where applicable, payment of a deposit or advance payment.<\/p>\n

4.2 Reservation Guarantee<\/p>\n

The hotel may require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. In the absence of a guarantee, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.<\/p>\n

5. Rates<\/h4>\n

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding tourist tax.<\/p>\n

Rates may vary depending on the period, room category and current offers. Additional services (spa, restaurant, etc.) are not included unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n

6. Payment Conditions<\/h4>\n

Payment for the stay is made upon arrival or departure, according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

Accepted methods of payment include credit cards, cash (within the legal limit), and any other method accepted by the establishment.<\/p>\n

7. Cancellation and Modification<\/h4>\n

7.1 Cancellation by the Guest<\/p>\n

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked:<\/p>\n

    Flexible rate: free cancellation until 6:00 p.m. on the day before arrival.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Non-refundable rate: no refund in case of cancellation or modification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge all or part of the stay.<\/p>\n

    7.2 Cancellation by the Hotel<\/p>\n

    In the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The guest will be fully refunded without entitlement to additional compensation.<\/p>\n

      Any late arrival must be communicated to the hotel. In the event of unauthorized late departure, an additional night may be charged.<\/p>\n

      9. Stay at the Hotel<\/h4>\n

      Guests agree to use the room and facilities provided in a reasonable manner and in accordance with their intended purpose.<\/p>\n

      Any behavior contrary to public order, good morals or the hotel\u2019s internal regulations may result in the guest\u2019s eviction without refund.<\/p>\n

      10. Liability<\/h4>\n

      The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests\u2019 personal belongings in rooms or common areas, except in cases of proven fault on the part of the establishment.<\/p>\n

      11. Pets<\/h4>\n

      Pets are accepted within the establishment, subject to specific conditions and a possible additional charge.<\/p>\n

      12. Personal Data<\/h4>\n

      Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). It is used solely for the management of reservations and customer relations.<\/p>\n

      Guests have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.<\/p>\n

      13. Complaints<\/h4>\n

      Any complaint must be submitted in writing to the hotel within 15 days following the end of the stay.<\/p>\n

      14. Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h4>\n

      These GTCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.<\/p>\n

      Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.<\/p>\n

      15. Acceptance of the Conditions<\/h4>\n
