The terms and conditions of sale apply to all events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reservation Guarantee

The prices listed in the quote issued by the Hotel and/or the Restaurant are guaranteed until the option date. The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (by post or bank transfer). The deposit must reach the hotel by the option date, at the latest, and be accompanied by a letter. This deposit amounts to thirty percent of the total price of the reserved services.

Place Setting Guarantee

The number of place settings must be confirmed 3 weeks before the event date, at the latest, and this number will be used to calculate the invoice. If a cancellation occurs after this time, the invoice will still reflect the total price of meals ordered, not consumed.

Overtime Hours

For lunch, after 2:15 pm. For dinner, after 12:15 am, personnel costs will be invoiced as overtime hours, in accordance with the current rates in effect.


For any meeting cancellations occurring three weeks before the arrival of the participants, the hotel will invoice fifty percent of the reserved or cancelled services.


All extras (telephone, Bar/Restaurant…) must be settled, on site, by each of the participants before their departure. Should these payments fail to be made by the participants themselves, the event organiser will be charged. The hotel/restaurant declines any liability for damages of any kind (theft, physical damage) affecting goods of any type (personal belongings, equipment) that have been brought by the organiser, or belonging to participants, regardless of where the goods have been stored (car park, lounges, etc.). The hotel/restaurant shall be relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a force majeure or unforeseen circumstance (strike, fire, water leak).


Any dispute or claim must be addressed to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within a maximum period of eight days after the departure of the participants. No claim will be accepted after this period.


Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the two parties shall be referred to the courts where the hotel is located.

Payment, to be defined

30% deposit at the time of confirmation. The balance upon arrival.
