Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book your slot on Planity to enjoy the massage of your choice.

Is there a minimum age requirement for receiving a massage?
We recommend that you be over 16 years of age to receive a massage. That said, depending on your needs, you can discuss this directly with our beautician, who will be able to adapt the service accordingly.
⚠️ If you have any specific health issues (cancer, heart problems, etc.), we recommend that you seek your doctor’s advice before making a reservation.

How should I prepare before coming to the spa for a massage?
Out of respect for our practitioners, good hygiene is appreciated before each treatment. Make sure you have eaten and hydrated enough.
Please arrive 5 minutes early at the hotel reception. The beautician will accompany you to the spa, where she will show you to the massage room. She will then give you time to change before returning to begin the session.
