Our chef Didier ECKERT offers you his new menu. The dishes are prepared with fresh and seasonal products, and new dishes have been added to our unmissable Signature Dishes.
(Re) Discover typical bistro dishes such as the leek vinaigrette, cooked at low temperature and served with a grilled octopus tentacle and a candied egg yolk.
